Introducing: Christina Egger, MEd

We are pleased to welcome Christina Egger to the GRACE Joint Master programme team. Christina will lead the course on Media-Based Instructional Design during the first semester at St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences.

With a strong academic foundation in English Language Teaching, Christina brings valuable expertise in higher education didactics, multilingual education, and inclusive teaching strategies. She holds a Master of Education from the University of Graz and has gained extensive experience working as a higher education didactics expert in the last couple of years.

Beyond her academic credentials, Christina is passionate about reshaping the future of learning. “I believe the key to future-proof education lies in empowering students with strong communication skills and critical awareness. Media-based tools can help us build more inclusive, collaborative, and reflective learning environments,” she says.

“I’m excited to contribute to GRACE because it connects meaningful topics with meaningful learning experiences – across disciplines, borders, and languages.”

– Christina Egger

Christina has designed and taught numerous Business English and communication modules across various Austrian institutions, including FH CAMPUS 02, FH Joanneum, and the University of Graz. She is also actively engaged in research and has presented at major international conferences such as IATEFL, INTED, and TEPE on topics ranging from linguistic landscapes to teaching excellence via asynchronous learning environments.

Her commitment to social responsibility is equally inspiring: Christina has volunteered as a mentor and taken part in humanitarian efforts abroad. Whether she’s designing a course or helping rebuild a neighbourhood after a hurricane, she brings empathy, clarity, and structure to every challenge.

The GRACE team is thrilled to have Christina on board. Her experience across education systems, combined with her innovative mindset and multilingual teaching background, make her a perfect fit for GRACE’s mission to deliver applied, cross-border, and forward-looking education in XR and gamification.
